Poppy Day Classic
Hoburne Golf are pleased to announce that the inaugural Poppy Day Classic on the 11/11/11 was a great success at Hurtmore and Crane Valley Golf Club with 189 golfers participating and raising over £200 for the Poppy Day Appeal. The winnners at Hurtmore Antony Witts with 38 Points and the Lucky Card Winner was Emma Bunting, well done to you both!

Summer on the course
During the summer, the golf course can be very dry so we ask all golfers to respect the fact that the ball will roll and travel much further than usual. Please take care and only play when it is safe to do so.
Also, please be aware that players behind you may hit further than they expect and a ball may well roll up into your group. Keep an eye open at all times and remember that it may not be their fault that they have hit it that far!!
